[HCDX] VoA's QSL eMail address ?

Hi,
I wanted to send a RR to VoA's Urdu "Radio Aap Ki Duniya" the usual
qsl@xxxxxxx address. Now I got it back from the VOA postmaster as:
> Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:
>  Recipient address: qsl@xxxxxxx
>  Reason: no addressees: qsl@xxxxxxx

Looks like they closed down their QSL postbox ? Any other address which is
good for eRRs ? Any VoA replies in the last time ?
After my Radio Sawa and Radio Farda QSL cards via VoA wanted get a card for
their Radio Aap Ki Duniya, would be a nice addition ....
