[HCDX] ADMIN: the list emails the past day

Due to the misconfiguration in the Mailman spam handling for the HCDX 
list, it looks like the submissions for the past day or so have been 
lost. If you have sent an email to the list during that time, please 
resend it and we'll pass it to the list.

Sorry for the inconvinience. This has no impact for any other mail 
deliveries and was limited to the Hard-Core-DX email list.
