I've been hearing it also since your email...(now 2300 utc)  it's not gone
here but has just moved up in frequency - mostly around 11635 to 11660 khz.
Looking at it with the ICOM 756PRO and the spectrum display, it is a series
of pulses sweeping across the screen. It sounds like a pretty harsh buzz but
it isn't a transmitter fault.  I have seen it elsewhere in the HF spectrum,
I think it may be some version of HF radar.
