today EMNR has been heard with signal S 9to S9 +10 db on 1415 with 
rock songs , talks by speaker giving adress etc A song celebration on 
1427 
SINPO42433  on QRG due to QRM frm uknown sinal in 9287,. But in 
tune off by +2 kHZ using wide passband filter  the signal is OK  and 
clear
