[HCDX] Bolivia, Emisoras Pio 12

Please cancel my last logging of Emisoras Pio 12.  I have
am not certain that I had that specific station, although
the frequency was right on for that station.  The format 
used is that of Radio Melodia from Peru.  I just heard an ID 
at 1030 and it didn't sound like Emisoras Pio XII or Radio 
Melodia which has been reported here.  So excuse the error.
