[HCDX] Peru booming in now

Peru, 4965, Radio Santa Monica, 0945-1001 From 0945 until 
0953 noted Huaynos music.  At 0953 canned station ID 
"...Radio Santa Monica ..." by a man.  This followed by a 
brief promo by a woman then live comments from a man 
mentioning "Radio Santa Monica" during same.  Yhe signal was 
good, but during live comments it was rather muffled.  Back
