[HCDX] Another Peru

Peru, 5019.93, Radio Horizonte, 1000-1020 Noted a man in 
Spanish comments until about 1009, then Huaynos music 
presented.  This frequency is very difficult to hear due to 
the interference from Cuba on 5025 KHz.  However, there are 
moments when Radio Horizonte fades in and covers Cuba's 
splatter completely.  So, I'd say the signal was good to 
fair during this period.  (Chuck Bolland, August 9, 2004)
