[HCDX] SWR testing on 1602 kHz

Surprise tests from SCANDINAVIAN WEEKEND RADIO from Virrat, 260 km NE from my QTH noted on 1602 kHz 1540 UTC. Signal strength was even S9. Their phone number is: +358 400 995559. I was chatting with Esa, unfortunately not in live broadcast.
