Tajikistan, 4760, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, 0100-0200 
Noted a number of different individuals in Tajik comments. 
Signal was fair. Noted a parallel signal on 7275 kHz relayed 
via Greece.  This broadcast was good.  (Chuck Bolland,
