Germany, 6045, Evangeliums Radio Hamburg, (pres), 1003-1015 
Noted a man in steady German comments.  Couldn't tell if he 
was speaking of religion or just secular stuff. Religious 
singing at 1011.  According to the PTWBR, this is on the air 
on Sundays only. Signal was fair, but there was a promise 
that the signal would fade to nil quickly since it was from
