Re: [HCDX] Radio Hargeisa



Radio Hargeisa always was quite strict concerning s/off time, leaving the
carrier on air for another minute or so. So, your observation fits very
well. I will try to catch them during European mornings. Maybe the freq is
less blocked then.

Concerning their schedule: WRTH 2006 says 0330-0600, 0900-1200, 1500-2000
UTC. Klingenfuss 2006 Shortwave Frequency Guide says 0300-0600, 0900-1200,
1500-2000 UTC. Passport 2006 says 0330-0530, 1000-1200, 1430-1900 UTC. 

BDXC Africa on Shortwave (January 2006) says 0300-0600, 0900-1200, 1500-2000
UTC and states "schedule subject to confirmation".
