[HCDX] WRTH update file available for download

WRTH is pleased to announce that an update file (dated 31st January 2006)
for the printed edition is now available to download. The file is in PDF
format and is less than 80k in size. To download this file, please visit the

of previous updates. For clarity, stations that have come on the air since
WRTH 2006 was printed are marked in blue type.
