Bolivia, 6165, Radio Logos,(presumed) 1007-1035
 Noted a man in Spanish comments here briefly at 1007
then into music which continued until 1024, then man
in Spanish comments thru the halfhour.  Signal was 
never
 steady, but kept fading into the noise.  When audible, 
it
was threshold.  No Chinese on the freq this morning.
