So "Potenta AM" is "ochenta AM",
I cannot tell if he is saying "trescientos". It could
be "doscientos" or "quinientos", too. 
The initial part would need "Esta es" or "Está usted
escuchando" or something similar to prove that this
station is actually operating on 1380.
Do you have the missing second or two, Paul?
Collipulli is in the southern part of Chile. 
As for the music on the third clip, I am afraid I
cannot help. It is a bolero, but I do not think it is
a wellknown theme.
