Peru, 3234.90, Radio Luz Y Sonido, 0956-1010  Noted 
Huaynos music until the
hour.  At 1001 canned ID  "...Sonido ... onda 
corta...".  Too much noise on this
low freq to copy.  This followed with live SP comments 
and then ADs.  Live
comments again until 1010 when I tuned away.  Signal
