[HCDX] Peru

Peru, 4900.84, Radio La Oroya, (pres), 1007-1030 At initial tune noted music
briefly, then man in Spanish comments.  He was joined by a woman in
comments.  This continued during period.  Signal was
poor, but heldup until the half hour.  (Chuck Bolland, July 14, 2006)
