Re: [HCDX] All India Radio Chennai celebrate the 25th week of Vanoli Ulagam(Radio World).
Beware. I have seen no QSL reported so far. A friend
of mine complained and received an emailed picture of
the QSL. Additionally, my friend was told that letters
to the addressee arrive without any enclosures...
