Bolivia, 4716.61, Radio Yura, 0037-0105  Noted a broadcast of Spanish
comments from a man and typical music during the period.  With a heavy
amount of noise, the comments were difficult to understand.  The signal was
poor.  (Chuck Bolland, July 24/25, 2006)

Angola, 4950, Radio Nacional, 0115-0125  With a lot of flutter, noted a man
in Portuguese comments.
The Signal doesn't improve at all during the period and remains as
