Bolivia, 4900.60, Radio San Miguel, 1010-1033  Noted a period of news
presented by a man with
recorded seqments.  Many mentions of "Bolivia".  Signal was poor until 1020
when it improved to
a fair to good level. It stay at that level until the half hour when it
began to fade again.  (Chuck Bolland, July 25, 2006)
