[HCDX] logging

Philippines, 9520, Radio Liberty, 1024-1030  Noted both man and woman Russian language news and comments.  The EiBi database says this particular transmission is target to the Far East area of Russia and is being relayed from the Philippines.   At 1030, canned ID as, "Radio Govirit (Svoboda?) ..."  Noted 9355 KHz (Mariana Isl) broadcasting the same program, but not in sync with 9520's broadcast.  Signal was fair on both freqs. (Chuck Bolland,   December 3, 2006)
