Gabon, 4777, RTV Gabonaise, 0505-0520 Various persons in French Language news
and comments.  At 0510 talk over music by male and female.  This followed by 
canned ID with Gabonaise/African music. "Gabon, Radio Nationale ...." by female.

Nigeria, 4770, Radio Nigeria, 0521-0530  Wasn't on the air earlier at 0505 when checked, 
but noticed it fading in at 0521 with a male in English Language comments.  Signal not
yet faded in to it's optimum for today however, readable with comments between two

Ecaudor, 4909.19, Radio Chaskis Del Norte, 1113-1125 First notice  a male in Spanish
comments until 1114 when a female comments and gives ID, "... Del Norte ...",  This 
followed by music.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, November 15, 2007)

Peru, 9720, Radio Victoria, 1120-1130 Some kind of exchange between a male and
female persons in Spanish.  It could be a religious program.  Signal was fair fading
to poor.  (Chuck Bolland, November 15, 2007)
