[HCDX] CORRECTION: Re: 1386 khz , UNID Asian; help wanted

Correction to the third sentence. My email client sent out the 
message before I could proofread it.  

"There is a man in there also who is not speaking Korean or Chinese, 
and it sounds like it could be Japanese. (Not Korean)
