[HCDX] Post Correction

My earlier post of February 18, 2007, Afganistan, Radio Sohl on 15265 Khz @ 1410 UTC was actually broadcast via Rampisham, not Afganistan. I overlooked the broadcast location code when checking EIBI as a guide. I'll pay more attention to what I'm doing from now on.
