[HCDX] 1190, Radio Cadena Doce?

Got this one on 1190 kHz at 0610 (20/2).

"La radio de hoy tras la (revolucion?)... "El informe y la creatividad,
la investigacion, la ??? profesional al servicio de la sociedad. Radio
Cadena 12, la radio de hoy" ... "presenta... 'Clasicos de Siempre', un
espacio donde usted puede revivir las pasiones..." ... "Radio Cadena
12..."

I cannot find any info of "Radio Cadena Doce", but the supposed
"revolucion" mention seems to point towards Venezuela (or Cuba).
Further infos are obviously welcome.

At the same time Rebelde 1180 and Colombia on 1520 were weak, but present.
