Portuguese language with news and features. Mentions of "China" and
"America" often during comments. Recorded segments are in Chinese. Signal

Peru, 4789.60, Unid, 2315-0005 Noted Huaynos music at 2315 fading in. Noted
a male
talking at 2318 in Spanish, but still too weak to copy clearly. At 2342 a
male talks again,
but still too weak for copy. Stay with this until after the new hour, but
never got better,
