[HCDX] logs Sunday morning

Peru, 6019.43, Radio Victoria, 0835-0958,  Noted a male and female
in Spanish language conversation with a lot of natural noise (QRN) causing
difficulty. However, no interference from Radio Australia yet, so the 
signal is pretty clear.  At 0859 UTC, Radio Australia comes up with
IS blocking all.   (Chuck Bolland, June 1, 2008)
