[HCDX] Peru too

Peru, 4746.86, Radio Huanta Dos Mil, 1048-1100,  Haven't heard this one
for a while here in Clewiston.  The reason may be that I am closing down
too early.  Anyway, noted a female in Spanish language comments here.
Signal is poor and being stomped upon by CODAR, so not much heard.
