[HCDX] Ondas del Huallaga, Libertad de Junin

PERU  3329.6  R. Ondas del Huallaga  Nonstop OA camposina mx from 1006 t/in. 
Then 1015 full canned ID anmnt by M over mx.  Canned anmnt by same M and 
into band OA NA 1016-1018.  1019 nice short ID by W anncr and into more mx. 
Still going at 1033 check w/deadair after song.  Canned ad block about 45 
seconds later.  Fair but CHUQRM.  Would be easy and 100% copy w/out CHU. 
Freq drifted down 40 hz.  (19 Sept.)

PERU  5039.2  R. Libertad de Junin  OC on at 1019 and OA campo mx start at 
1024.  1028 NA and M voice-over echo anmnts ending w/ID.  M shouting briefly 
w/ment of Junin, then more pleasant OA harp campo mx.  Live M anncr during 
check at 1039 w/ment of Junin, musica, and ID, then back to tinkly harp mx 
at 1040.  1042 live M w/TC, tlk, ments of amigos and Peruana.  Clear but not 
really strong.  (19 Sept.)
