Bolivia, 4716.66, Radio Yura, 0018-0130  With a really threshold signal, 
noted
a female in Spanish language comments.   Signal is not 100 percent.  It's 
more
like 50 percent with fades to nil heard and then back briefly. Signal still
active at 0130 UTC. (Chuck Bolland, September 21, 2008)

South Africa, 3320, Radio Sondergrense, Gweru, 0030-0045 Noted two
females in Africaans language comments.  Signal is at a fair level and 
audible at
about 99 percent, but readablity is only 65 percent.  At 0041 a male joins 
the

India, 3945, All India Radio, 0046-0100  Noted a male singing a Islamic
type tune.  Don't know if it's religious - probably is?  Signal off by 0100.

Iran, 3985, Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran, 0104-0115, Steady
calling to prayer type chanting from a male.  Signal is at a good
level even with some QRM.  (Chuck Bolland, September 21, 2008)

Takijistan, 4635, Tajik Radio, 0113-0130  With a very weak signal,
noted music.  Prior to the music, nothing heard except the carrier.
The signal was probably too threshold to hear any comments?  However,
at 0119, comments began to fade in.  (Chuck Bolland, September 21, 2008)
