[HCDX] WRNO 7505 ?not full power?
Been noticing WRNO off frequency and a lot weaker than before the Hurricane. They've been on 7505.1 and a lot weaker than usual....actually carrier is pretty strong, but modulation is way down there. ID at 01:25. Wonder what's up down there.......Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
