[HCDX] COUPLE ITEMS

India, 5010, All India Radio, Thirovananthapuram, 0215-0225  Noted
a male in possibly Hindi language comments until 0220.  At that time
a female begins commenting briefly.  They share the microphone from
that point.  Couldn't copy details since signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland

India, 4840, All India Radio, Mumbai, 0230-0245  Noted a very threshold
signal which fades in periodically but only very weak.  Noted some comments,
