[HCDX] Tarma
Peru, 4774.95, Radio Tarma, 1022-1030 Just sitting on the freq not
hearing anything at first, then at 1022 the audio starts to fade in with
a male in Spanish language comments. A minute later, Huaynos music
is present. The signal continues to get better, but nothing spectacular,
just going from threshold to poor. At 1035 signal improves even more
to a fair level for a minute or two. It's obvious that the grayline
phenomenon
is helping with the copy at this time. And it's all right with me if it is.
