at 0609. Radio Malabo  IDs. Back on this frequency. Not heard for

off  nom. 9560. On 9556.04 at tune-in. Drifting up to 9556.32 by 0710. 
Vernacular  talk. Local tribal music. Fair. Very weak on // 7165.

music.  Local tribal music. Some French talk. Sounded like a speech
or sermon. Fair  to good signal strength but weak modulation.
