Vs: [DX] Radio Samorodinka on piraatti !?
Ottamatta kantaa laillisuuskysymyksiin siteeraan Leo Shishkinin hyvällä englanninkielellä kirjoitetusta 2-sivuisesta kirjeesta vuodelta 1998:
"The Samorodinka Radio is registered since 1993 (no. 02244) as broadcasting to Russia (and to those who is with Russia) in Russian and English. It is fully noncommercial emergency oriented broadcasting using at most the CW-mode (i.e. Morse-code). The AM-mode is for local 2 km reception. The power radiated is around 10...15 watts because of biomedical security needs for citizens around. The antennae was at the heard moment a wire 12 m long at the back wall (back for you) of building at 15 m lower of roofs" jne. ohjelmista. Hän on toiminut amatöörinä vuodesta 1947 (UA3BJ/47).
Pisteidenkerääjien täytynee käydä Moskovassa selvittämässä laillisuuskysymykset. Minulle riittää saamani erittäin mukava vastaus vaikeasti kuultavissa olevalta asemalta! Verifiointejahan me keräämme!?
