[DX] Radio Nord 945, Latvia, starts regular transmissions
This just arrived from Raimonds Kreicbergs of KREBS TV, Latvia;
"We are from 22 October starting regular transmittions from
7:00UTC on 945AM with Radio Nord.
Programme for DX listeners starts 15:30 UTC 22 October."
