    I can't get an exact date at this time (no one seems to know)... but ya

UNID off-frequency Latin American station heard AUG 30 0310 on 1533.6 kHz,
drifting down to 1533.4 kHz and back up.  Non-stop Spanish ballads, possible
talk by male announcer 0324, faded out by 0347. Nothing heard in several
checks around 0300 on AUG 31.  Reception was marginally above a noisy
threshold.  Loop bearing might suggest eastern Caribbean/Venezuela.
