TA "reception" in WC N. America

There has been a relatively strong carrier on 1314 kHz the last two nights
here (Nov 15 and 16, 0300-0430 UTC) from a northeasterly direction, likely
the big Norwegian.  Nothing else noted however.  

Talked to Don Moman (VE6JY)in central Alberta via amateur radio 0318 UTC Nov
16, who said that there were Transatlantic signals on many of the 9 kHz
channels, but that not many were delivering audio.

Has there been corresponding reception in Europe of west coast North America?
