With CJBC-860 Toronto off the air this evening, a very weak but readable signal
from R. CBN, Rio de Janeiro this morning (NOV 21) at 0715 UTC. PP news by man,
correspondent reports, two clear IDs. Another even weaker Latin American
underneath with folk music.  Clobbered by CJBC test tones at 0727. I do not know
how much longer CBL and CJBC will be off the air late at night, but it is worth
trying for a rare opportunity to hear Brazil here!
