Neo-Nazis on KXEL not WDCD.

I checked out KXEL on Saturday at 0330 (actually Friday evening here) 
and heard the neo-Nazi program American Dissident Voices loud and 
clear. Thus, it appears that this was the station logged in Germany 
on 1540.  I live about 200 km from KXEL and can receive it day and 
night.
