A friend of mine, Carlo Bonetti in Chieti (Central Italy)
heard in the past days on 15120 from 15 to 17 UTC an unid
station. It was broadcasting only Afro Music no stop. No
talks, no identifications. Good signal. Any idea? Some
test?
