Hello list:
I just got a reply from Virgin's Alex Lakey about the nighttime  
transmissions on 1467 khz.
Alex tells me that this is an unauthorized broadcast by some station that  
fills spare time by relaying the Virgin signals from the satellite. I  
think this "someone" is located in SE Europe (eg. Yugoslavia). 73's
