[HCDX]: KJES on 15 Mhz !

KJES Mesquite, New Mexico heard this afterenoon 2/25 with religous EE  from 
1930 w/ ID at 2000, then SS. Signal strength about the same as WWV, 
sometimes better !!

Suspect they are trying to Xmit on 7.5 Mhz, whoops !!
