I am not sure if this address is OK, but it´s the only one I´ve got:

As far as I know, they have been QSL-ing rather goot during the years I´ve
been DX-ing - I received a QSL in 1984! Take a look at my list of
veriesigners at http://www.algonet.se/~mwm/dxing.htm and you will find a
couple of receptionists who maybe will send you a QSL!
