According to a recent E-mail message from venezuelan DXer Winter Monges,
as seen here on HCDX, the 2 verie signers listed on your web page, Gladys
Barroeta and Mariela Leal, are NOT secretaries.  I am not sure what
position Mariela holds, but I received a QSL letter from Radio Valera
last week, and Gladys included a business card with my QSL which
indicated she worked in the production department.
