So did I.....Same verie signer, but also Mariela Leal signed, as well.

I agree - I had a very, very difficult time obtaining an Ecos del Torbes
QSL. The QSL columns indicate that they have been a very sporadic
verifier for years. QSLing Valera was easy compared
to Ecos del Torbes.
