[HCDX]: Dutch pirate

Last Sunday evening from 0630 past 0700, I heard a Dutch pirate on
6269.7kHz, couldn't pick out an id but they did give a phone number which I
partially copied as 790084. I would greatly appreciate hearing from someone
who this might be.
