	Calderdale Sound Radio, or CSR 1575 as they now seem to be calling
themselves, have been carrying tests with music and announcements since
last night. They are announcing that the full service will commence at
12 noon local time today (1100 UTC), and this is the address that they
are giving out over the air:

	This looks like a 24 hour a day service, so I hope you all manage to
