[HCDX]: More on N-Joy Radio

Thanks to all who provided contact information for N-Joy Radio. E-mail
correspondence with the station and NDR Technik didn't solve the mystery
of the frequency of 1602 kHz. NDR is positive that not a single station in
Germany operates on 1602, and further, N-Joy Radio doesn't have any
agreements on retransmissions of their programming. So, although they
confirmed my report as far as program content is concerned, it appears
that the N-Joy programming heard in the nighttime on 1602 is an
unauthorized retransmission from an unknown location; presumably from
South-Central Europe.
