[HCDX]: Radio Cochiguaz on air

Hello DX-friends! How are you?
I am listening Radio Cochiguaz now. Radio Cochiguaz says that
It's pirate radiostation transmitts from somewhere of South America.
In this moment I hear on 6980 KHz. (LSB) with signal very strong and few 
noise. The emission began at 2300 UTC. Latinoamerican folk music with
announcements in english and other andean languages. The programmes
are in spanish.
The first emission began at 2200 UTC and finished at 2250 UTC.
I think that Radio Cochiguaz can hear in the next hours (0000-0050 UTC
and 0100-0150) Is it true? Can Anybody confirm the information?
Does anybody listen the pirate Radio Cochiguaz in this moment?
