[HCDX]: QSL: VT4 1071 khz

Today I received a QSL-letter from VT4 for their test on 1071 khz.
These tests were conducted july 27th till august 3rd by TDF Lille (Rijsel)
with 35 KW. 
The tests were received very well here, also at day-time.
